The most important tasks in this area are the identification of methods for eliminating socially
unacceptable levels of poverty, as well as stopping the polarisation of society.
The most affected groups are:
- persons living with disabilities
- persons with altered working capabilities
- the homeless
- the long-term unemployed
- the Roma population
The renewal of systems of employment and social services for these groups, as well as reviewing
the system for providing homeless care and carrying out effective improvements to this system, is
of utmost importance. The most important tasks in this respect are the modelling and application of
effective methods for providing at least the minimum standard of shelter, as well as the creation of equal opportunities for the Roma population.
