EU Enlargement, Health and Healthcare, Challenges and Prospects - 15-18 May 2003

The Greek Presidency organised on 15-18 May 2003 a Conference in Athens on "EU Enlargement, Health and Healthcare, Challenges and Prospects". The Conference brought together government officials, academics and health professionals to examine the health status and trends in the accession countries.

At the "European Union enlargement and health" session Zsuzsanna Jakab, Secretary of State of the Ministry of Health, Social and Family Affairs of Hungary made her presentation: Public health impact of Hungary's accession to the EU
