The Hungarian National Development Plan (2004-2006) consists of five operational programmes (OP):

• Economic Competitiveness OP
• Agriculture and Rural Development OP
• Human Resources Development OP
• Environmental Protection and Infrastructure OP and
• Regional Development OP

The measures will be co-financed by all the Structural Funds: the European Regional Development Fund, the European Social Fund, the European Agricultural Guidance and Guarantee Fund, Guidance Section, and the Financial Instrument for Fisheries Guidance. All seven regions of Hungary are eligible for Objective 1 support under the Structural Funds.

The health measures are included in the Human Resources Development OP.
